YESDATA.IN HAS A STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Once your payment is received and your order is confirmed, no refund will be given under any circumstances. This applies in cases like:
- You changed your mind or your business plan after placing the order.
- You are not satisfied with data quality but the issue does not qualify under our Data Replacement Policy.
- You did not use the data after purchasing it.
- Your target audience or requirements changed after the order was confirmed.
- You faced technical difficulty on your end in opening or using the delivered file.
By making a payment to YesData.in, you confirm that you understand and accept that the payment is non-refundable, and that you reviewed the data category, volume, and pricing before paying.
Exception for Proven Duplicate Payment
If you accidentally paid twice for the same order, YesData.in may at its sole discretion issue a credit note or refund for the extra amount after proper verification. You must inform us within 24 hours of the transaction and provide documentary proof like payment receipts or bank statements. Our decision in such cases will be final.
We Do Not Offer Refunds – But We Do Offer Replacement
Even though all sales are final, we are fully committed to data quality. If there is a genuine issue with the data we delivered – like invalid numbers, wrong numbers, inaccurate leads, or data mismatch – we will verify and replace the affected records as per our Data Replacement Policy.
To raise a replacement request, you must contact us within 3 calendar days of data delivery with proper proof such as call recordings, CRM screenshots, or a worksheet report.
